Alberto Naldo

Alberto has spent the majority of his adult life working in theatre as an actor and director throughout Europe, South America, and Singapore. He specializes as a physical actor, and has guided both adults and children in utilizing their bodies as essential instruments in performance art. From these discoveries of the body, much is revealed to the artist.

Now Alberto is creating space in his busy schedule for developing himself as a mindfulness practitioner, plus taking his vast knowledge as a physical actor and developing embodiment and movement programs for Radiant Wave Wellbeing in schools. His classes are inspiring, invigorating, and cater to all levels of physicality.

We look forward to continued work with Alberto. After establishing himself as a regular performer and facilitator at our arts program Camp Magic - for the past 14 years - we welcome Alberto to Radiant Wave Hong Kong!

Shouniez van der Schyff

We are thrilled to welcome Shouniez to Radiant Wave Hong Kong! Although Shouniez is not new to our company - working as a flow artist with Camp Magic Singapore for over 10 years - we are delighted to be collaborating with Shouniez as she develops our Embodiment program at Radiant Wave with fellow artist and colleague, Alberto Naldo.

Shouniez was a Hip Hop Champion in high school before studying graphic art at university. After being employed in the advertising industry Shouniez discovered the art of flow through hoops and poi. She has travelled and performed around the globe as a performance artist, and has more recently turned her movement passion to Embodiment workshops with adults and children.

Currently Shouniez is enjoying her partnership with Radiant Wave as she prepares multi levelled sessions for children in schools, helping them to continue discovering and re-discovering the joy of movement. In a world where we are sitting back more and more, Shouniez is helping to balance the scores with her dynamic programs for children and teachers.

Edoardo Striani

Studying and working in a lab was Edoardo's life for over twenty years. In his own words, he writes "I am an astrophysicist and international handpan artist and teacher. I graduated in Physics with a thesis focused on dark matter and obtained my PhD with a thesis on the gamma ray variability of the Crab Nebula, a discovery that earned me the Bruno Rossi Prize from the American Astronomical Society."

Ten years ago Edoardo travelled to India, and began his hand pan journey. After a few years of both lab work and honing his skills as a musician, he decided to dedicate his work full time to the instrument. Since then, Edoardo has taught the handpan extensively throughout Europe, and now spends the majority of his time playing and teaching in Bali, China, and Hong Kong.

Edoardo is looking forward to his continued collaboration with Radiant Wave founder Katherine McLeod, as together they strive to introduce the concept of a "hand pan in every home". Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing these amazing instruments.

Terriea Kwong

Terriea is one of Hong Kong's greatest treasures when it comes to the Art of Eco Printing. Growing up in the New Territories and more specifically, Sha Tin, Terriea was always drawn to the natural areas of Hong Kong.

After working for many years with Phillip's, Terriea stepped out of the corporate world into fibre art, and now she spends most of her time cycling and hiking around Hong Kong's vast mountain trails, collecting leaves and flowers, and creating art through printing on leather, fabrics and papers.

Terriea enjoys sharing her knowledge of local flora and fauna, and more specifically, taking those pieces of nature and helping her students to bundle them up to create stunning keepsakes of Hong Kong's natural beauty. She has taught many eco printing workshops throughout Hong Kong and internationally, plus shown her work at art exhibitions and local markets.

Terriea looks forward to continuing to share her connection to the natural world through our Nature Nurture program at Radiant Wave.

Katherine McLeod

Katherine's adventure into mindfulness began thirty years ago in a small town on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. Here she discovered a practical, hands on book about using mindfulness in daily life. She was travelling and cycling around the world with her husband at the time, and had never read anything before that was so practical, helpful, and down to earth.

From this first experience with mindfulness, Katherine began her journey as a student. She worked with Ki Gong teacher, Master Yung, in Korea, and from there studied different forms of yoga and meditation over the years. Most recently Katherine has completed her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certification Program (MMTCP) with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She has been integrating this extensive two year course into her mindfulness programs in schools.

Additionally, Katherine has facilitated drum circles for the past 25 years, and will be leading the drumming program at Radiant Wave.

She looks forward to developing the team of facilitators and growing wellbeing services in schools throughout Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
